INDY Week: Seven Years In, Raleigh Area Land Trust is Providing a Model for the Future of Affordable Housing In Wake County
Seven years ago, RALT was just an idea. Last week, we put shovels in the ground at Idlewild. And tomorrow—if we keep this momentum going—more families will finally have a place to call home that will remain affordable for generations.
INDY Week shared our story and the movement we’re building together. But this is only the beginning. Wake County is short nearly 66,000 affordable homes, and too many families are being pushed out of the neighborhoods they’ve helped shape.
That’s why your support matters so much. Every gift moves us closer to a future where homeownership is not just possible, but permanent.
