At Raleigh Area Land Trust (RALT), we believe the future of our community depends not only on creating more opportunities for affordable homeownership today, but on making sure those opportunities last.

That’s the idea at the heart of our Foundation for Our Future campaign: investing in solutions that make Raleigh stronger, more affordable, and more sustainable for generations to come. RALT’s community land trust model is designed to preserve the affordability of homes beyond the first homeowner, creating a lasting community resource rather than a one-time housing solution.
