Kim Crouch

Interim Executive Director, RALT

Kim spent nearly 15 years serving as the Director of Government Relations for the NC Bar Association, where she led strategic legislative policy for legal professionals and honed her skills in coalition building, lobbying, and organizational management.

Prior to founding her own consulting firm, Kim served as the Executive Director of NCAJ (North Carolina Advocates for Justice), where she managed the systems and staff of the organization with a constant focus on improving efficiency and providing excellent member service. Kim has strong experience in public affairs, leadership development and policy analysis.

She currently lives in Cary, North Carolina with her husband and two children.
